ORDERS
Orders placed Monday - Friday during non-holiday hours will be processed by our sales and shipping departments within 1-2 business days. Any order placed on weekends and holidays will begin proccessing the following business day.

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $49 WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
• All orders with free shipping selected will process within 1-2 business days using Standard Ground.
• Orders must be placed before 11:00a PST to qualify for same-day processing with expedited shipping.

SHIPPING
Hitec Servos: Our entire line of servos, servo parts and accessories can be shipped anywhere within the United States and Canada. Please note that there are restrictions on some items that cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Hitec Chargers: We can ship our entire line of chargers, charger parts and accessories to anywhere within the United States ONLY due to legal restrictions and liability issues. Hitec will refund any order that is placed on our website with shipping information assosiated with an address outside the United States. Please contact us directly for assistance and we apologize for any inconvenience.
All orders are shipped from our office in San Diego, CA using UPS or USPS. By default, Hitec uses the best available shipping rates at the time of purchase. Shipping is determined by the weight of the items ordered. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Items are generally shipped in an appropriate shipping box or padded envelope. We are unable to provide special delivery instructions to the shipping carriers as they do not accept them.

Orders placed Wednesday, 11/26 after 11a PT through Sunday, 11/30
These orders with not be shipped until Monday, 12/1. All orders with Priority Shipping will be processed and shipped before orders placed with Free Standard Ground shipping. Any remaining orders will be shipped on Tuesday, 12/2 in the order in which they were received.
Orders placed on Cyber Monday, 12/1
All Cyber Monday orders with Free Priority "Rush" shipping will be processed and shipped by end of business day Tuesday, 12/2.
Tracking Information
All tracking information will be emailed to customers at the end of business day Monday, 12/1 or Tuesday, 12/2 - depending on the day their order was picked up by the mail carrier.

RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Hitec will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of Hitec recieving the returned items. This time period includes the time it takes us to internally process your return and the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Note: Items being returned that are not defective or that were not a result of our error will need to be shipped back pre-paid prior to returning the item: Packages being returned to us under this condition and are sent C.O.D. will be refused.
