HITEC GROUP USA, INC.

October 19, 2026

Hitec Group USA, Inc. (“Hitec”) regrets to inform you that it recently experienced a data security incident involving unauthorized access to your personal information maintained in our online store through compromised credentials belonging to a third-party application. This notice provides details regarding the incident and resources available to you to protect yourself. Hitec takes the security of your personal information seriously and regrets any concern caused by this incident.

What Happened?

On September 19, 2026, Hitec became aware that an unauthorized person gained access to data maintained in Hitec’s online store through a third-party application, including data regarding Hitec’s customers. It appears that the unauthorized activity occurred from September 13, 2026 through September 17, 2026.

What Information Was Involved?

We have determined that the following information was accessed: names, email addresses, shipping and billing addresses, phone numbers, and order history.

What We Are Doing?

After becoming aware of the incident, both Hitec and its vendor began investigating the incident and taking steps to terminate the unauthorized access. The affected application was disabled, and harmful code and unauthorized website content were removed. A report will be prepared about our investigation into the incident which you may request a copy of by mail or email.

What You Can Do?

Hitec encourages you to remain vigilant by: (a) reviewing your account statements regularly to identify any unauthorized activity and (b) monitoring your credit reports regularly to identify accounts you did not open and inquiries from creditors that you did not initiate.

1.) Request a Free Credit Report: You may obtain a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months by visiting www.annualcreditreport.com or by contacting the three major credit reporting agencies:

Equifax: www.equifax.com | (888) 378-4329 | P.O. Box 740241, Atlanta, GA 30374

Experian: www.experian.com | (888) 397-3742 | P.O. Box 2390, Allen, TX 75013

TransUnion: www.transunion.com | (800) 916-8800 | P.O. Box 1000, Chester, PA 19016

2.) Place a Security Freeze and/or Fraud Alert on Your Credit File: You may place a security freeze or a fraud alert on your credit file. A security freeze prevents most potential creditors from viewing your credit report and, therefore, restricts the opening of unauthorized accounts. A fraud alert alerts potential creditors to take additional steps to verify your identity before granting new credit. Security freezes and fraud alerts generally are free to place, lift, or remove. Please contact the three nationwide credit
reporting agencies (see above) for more information.

3.) Contact Government Authorities for More Information or to Report Identity Theft:

Federal Trade Commission (FTC): You may learn more about avoiding identity theft, including placing a security freeze or fraud alert on your credit file, from the FTC at www.identitytheft.gov or by calling (877) 438-4338. The FTC’s address is 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20580.

State Regulators: You may obtain more information on preventing identity theft by
contacting your State regulators such as your State’s Attorney General or
Consumer Protection agency.
