Battery Compatibility & Use Guide
This standalone device functions entirely independently of your main charger station and is strictly built to monitor lithium chemistries. It accommodates standard field configurations up to 6S limits:
- Supported Battery Chemistries: Lithium Polymer (LiPo) and standard Lithium-based variants.
- Cell Count Compatibility: Safely processes individual cells ranging from simple 2S packs up to heavy-duty 6S setups.
- Supported Balance Styles: Native JST-XH balance plugs fit directly into the case; Thunder Power and Flight Power packs use the included adapter board. For other plug styles, see our balance boards & adapters, including the Hitec Universal Balancing Board.
Operational Note: To check a battery, simply connect its balance lead to the matching terminal pins. Leaving the tool connected for more than 5 seconds will automatically engage balance mode, which will safely flash a visual indicator next to cells receiving active trimming. Always disconnect the device within 3 hours to preserve remaining pack capacity.
